Fees
The fees for 2009/2010 are as follows:-

Morning snack is included with the choice of milk, squash or water (also provided at lunchtime and is available throuhgout the day) with biscuits or dried fruit.
A deposit and Registration fee of £50.00 should accompany the registration form. £25.00 deposit is refunded on your first month's invoice. Cheques to be made payable to 'Sunrise Day Nursery (Langley) Ltd'.
Children attending full year are entitled to a 50% discount for the total number of days equating to 4 weeks' sessions, per year (i.e. 3 days attended per week = 12 days holiday discount per year). Bank Holidays attract a discount of 50%.
Bills are produced monthly and should be paid by standing order or childcare vouchers. Payments may be made by cheque/cash with prior arrangement. Fees are payable within 7 days of invoice. Fees for full year are based on a 51 week year divided into 12 monthly payments. Fees for term time attendance is calculated on a 39 week year, then divided into 11 monthly payments (excludes August). An interest charge of 2.5% will be incurred on balances outstanding at the end of the month. A reduction of 5% is given to families with more than one child in attendance at any one time.
Fees are reviewed annually in September. If it is intended to withdraw your child after entry to the school, a full month's written notice is required or a full month's fees paid in lieu. In the case of new registrations, if the place is cancelled less than 1 month prior to start date, one month's fees will be required in lieu. All outstanding balances must be cleared before a child leaves or will attract interest of 2.5% per month and referred to our debt-collection agency.
