What We Provide

In our Baby Unit we have 5 cots which all use safety mattresses. Duvets are used for those over 1 year old and cellular blankets are used for the young babies. Bedding is laundered at least twice a week. We have a baby monitor installed at all times.
In the Baby unit we provide individual baskets to store all belongings ie; spare clothes, nappies, wipes, creams and dummies/comforters etc. We suggest that children requiring dummies for sleeptime, leave one with us in a labelled 'dummy box'. Parents are requested to provide a large supply of nappies and wipes which will be stored at the Nursery.
Baby & Toddlers wearing outdoor shoes are requested to bring hard-soled slippers to wear indoors. A box is provided for their storage and 'shoe label' forms are available on request. 'wellie' boots are required in the winter. Parents have found it useful to purchase 'waterproof' suits/jackets/trousers for Toddlers to use when playing outside.
Nursery and Early Years children are requested to bring a change of clothes for 'little emergencies', however, 'wellies' are not necessary as we play on our 'all-weather' surface if its wet.
In order to protect children in the summer we can provide sunscreen. We use a product called Deb Deflect which has an SPF of 30, is hypo allergenic and fragrance-free. A small charge is made and this ensures that your child is protected throughout the day. Further product information and tester pots are available on request.
